Opt-Out Instructions

• After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. No additional messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact.

Supported Carriers

Our messaging service is compatible with all major US mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Phone Call Terms

We may contact you by telephone to discuss real estate matters related to property you own or may be interested in purchasing. By engaging in a phone conversation with us, you acknowledge the following:

• Call Recording: Our phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping purposes. You will be notified when a call is being recorded.

• Caller Identification: Our outbound calls will display our business phone number(s). You may reach us by calling any number from which you received a call.

• Our Team: Our callers are independent contractors who reach out on our behalf regarding real estate opportunities. They will identify themselves by their name when contacting you.

• Do Not Call: If you wish to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, simply inform us during any phone call or text STOP to any message, and we will cease all future contact.

4. Consent
